The attorneys you select as part of your acquisition, sale, development, leasing, or financing team are critical to the success of your real estate investment. Blaivas & Associates is a boutique law firm that focuses solely on real estate law. We provide counsel on complex commercial real estate transactions. While our headquarters is located in New York City, we capably serve clients throughout the United States.
Blaivas & Associates, P.C. was established in 2005 when David Blaivas decided to trade in his career at a large Manhattan law firm and establish a boutique real estate law firm that would provide clients with the level of expertise and personal attention that he felt clients deserved and expected. His vision was to establish a firm with a select group of skilled and experienced real estate attorneys to service a limited roster of clients – clients who want a law firm that not only delivers on their legal needs but also understands and can provide guidance on their business goals as well.
