David practiced commercial real estate law at various large New York City law firms, including Bryan Cave LLP and Kramer Levin LLP, before starting his own firm in October 2005.
David’s practice focus is strictly commercial real estate and he has extensive experience in sales and acquisitions, secured financing, ground leases, office and retail leasing and joint venture agreements throughout the United States.
David is admitted to practice law in New York.
Duvie (David) graduated Fordham University School of Law, Cum Laude, and was recognized for his clinical and public service work with the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award in May 2019.
While in law school, Duvie attained Dean’s List honors for the academic years of 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. His studies were focused around business and financial law related courses earning him a J.D. concentration in those fields.
Duvie joined Blaivas & Associates, P.C. in 2019.
David Rosenbaum’s practice focuses on commercial real estate. He regularly advises both private and institutional investors on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing transactions, across multiple asset classes, including office buildings, multi-family developments, industrial parks and retail centers.
David joined Blaivas & Associates, P.C. in 2019.
David is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Michael Loeb received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2013 where he received the Milton Young Prize for Taxation.
Michael’s practice focus is commercial real estate and is a valuable part of the legal team assisting in all areas of the practice, including sales and acquisitions, financing and providing closing and post-closing support to the firms’ clientele.
Prior to joining Blaivas & Associates, Yisroel Schwartz was an associate in the real estate department of leading national law firms Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Schiff Hardin LLP, where he represented a range of individual and institutional clients in the acquisition, development, operation and disposition of commercial real estate.
Yisroel’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, sales and financing of office, retail and development properties, retail and office leasing, and complex joint venture/partnership structuring. Additionally, he has counseled clients in negotiating alternative financing strategies in connection with distressed asset workouts and acquisitions.
