REPRESENTATIVE TRANSACTIONS

  • USA – represented multiple clients in closing approximately $2,000,000,000 in commercial property acquisitions in the last two years.

  • New York –represented client in its acquisition and financing of a NYC office building fully occupied by the City of New York for a purchase price of $415,000,000, with $250,000,000 of acquisition financing provided by various life insurance companies.

  • Upstate New York – represented client in the purchase of an approximately 3,000,000 square foot industrial park in upstate New York which included Industrial Development Authority and Qualified Enterprise Zone economic benefits.

  • Philadelphia - represented clients in its acquisition and financing, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, of two of the largest office buildings in the CBD for a purchase price in excess of $150,000,000.

  • Multi-State - represented client in the purchase and financing of Class-A office buildings located in North Carolina, West Virginia, Georgia, Minnesota and Missouri for a purchase price , in the aggregate, in excess of $130,000,000; Represented a client on a sale – leaseback transaction having a purchase price in excess of  $140,000,000 involving a portfolio of Walgreens anchored shopping center throughout the united states.

  • Atlanta - represented client in the purchase and financing of a ground lease interest in a 13.83 acre property containing a Class-A building.

  • New Jersey – represented landlord in the negotiation of an Anthropology Store lease; represented client in the purchase of a commercial condominium in a shopping center development occupied by BJs.

  • Florida – represented client in the construction financing with an option to purchase a shopping center development anchored by Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx and Publix Supermarkets; represent purchaser in purchasing and financing of multi-property portfolio of shopping centers in excess of $50,000,000; represented multiple clients in the purchase and financing of numerous shopping centers throughout Florida.

  • Harlem, New York – represented bidder in its successful bid in response to Request for Proposal from the NYC Economic Development Corporation for the development of a significant site; represented landlord in the negotiation of two significant leases with the federal government.

  • Bronx, New York - represented developer in joint venture negotiations and represent subsequent JV in acquisition and financing of 70,000 square foot affordable housing development.

  • Queens, New York – represented developer in development, construction and completion of condominium building and approval of condominium offering plan for 55,000 square foot mixed use building (with large retailer in commercial unit) and sale of condominium units in excess of $22M; represented developer in condominium, financing, zoning and development work including air rights transfer and development of 45,000 square foot hotel and 50,000 square foot mixed use condominium building.

  • National Leasing – represented various clients in connection with the leasing of shopping center and office properties throughout the US.
