David G. Blaivas is a graduate of Columbia Law School where he was an editor of the Business Law Review. Mr. Blaivas practiced commercial real estate law at large New York City law firms, including Bryan Cave LLP and Kramer Levin LLP, before starting his own firm in October, 2005.
Mr. Blaivas’ practice focus is strictly commercial real estate and he has extensive experience in sales and acquisitions, secured financing, ground leases, office and retail leasing and joint venture agreements.
David is admitted to practice law in New York.

David Rosenbaum’s practice focuses on commercial real estate. He regularly advises both private and institutional investors on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing transactions, across multiple asset classes, including office buildings, multi-family developments, industrial parks and retail centers.
